Krafty Peeks....Day THREE!! From the Otter Side!!

Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks 

for June and this one's a doozy!!!

I mean seriously??!!  How adorable is the NEW
FROM THE OTTER SIDE
stamp set?!!

I had some more time earlier this week to get krafty and I can't believe how much fun I had with these cuties!!  I thought this little guy was perfect for a shaker card!

The bubble paper I used for the background is from a Doodlebug pad and I added some diecut 'seaweed'.  The acetate is recycled from a bit of leftover packaging and I used Neenah cardstock for the base.  The combination of Copics I used for the Otter fur is: E59, E57, E55, E53 and R20 for the nose!  Love the sentiments with this awesome set and I added one on a flag at the bottom!

It's Release Day!

It's Release Day at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

 and it's our final one for 2017!

I used the ADORABLE new set of critters for my krafty kreation!
The set is called FURRY HOLIDAY WISHES!

I coloured up Mr. Fox with my Copic markers on Xpress It cardstock using these adorable Doodlebug papers to guide me with the colours.  I used a polaroid die and a Lawn Fawn die plus large white ricrack, glitter enamel dots, a white acrylic snowflake plus pink twine!  I love the sentiment combinations you can make with this fun set too!

It's Release Day!! Let's Play BEACH BLANKET BINGO!

Today is RELEASE DAY at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps
and we're celebrating with a Krafty Hop featuring ALL of the
new June stamps that will be available TONIGHT
after our LIVE Online Release Party at 7pm EST!

My card features one of the fun-tastic critters from the new
BEACH BLANKET BINGO stamp set!  I coloured up the hula cat in these sweet summer colours to coordinate with the Simple Stories patterned papers using my trusty Copic markers!

Doesn't she look like she's having so much fun?  I used white for the card base and bright pink for matting.  The sun, clouds and flowers are dies and I added some enamel dots and lastly stamped one of the fun sentiments!

Let's Play....BEACH BLANKET BINGO!!!

The June Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Release Day is almost here and today we're previewing my FAVE set of the month!  It's a super fun summer stamp set by artist Emilie Goulet!  

It's called BEACH BLANKET BINGO!

Today I've used the fabulous FOX from the set....he looks like he's ready for a fun day at the beach....or by the pool!  He's prepared for those big waves!

I did something a little different when I created this one....completely stepped out of my comfort zone.  Normally I would pick my papers, colour up my image to match and then design the layout of the card.  This time I knew in my mind the scene I wanted to create so I designed the entire layout of the card first and THEN coloured my image!!  And I love the way it turned out!

I used some Echo Park patterned paper for the cloudy sky, three different cardstock for the waves, kraft cardstock for the sand layer and just a circle punch of yellow for the sun!  I stamped one of the fun sentiments directly on the sand layer, added a flip flops charm with some green twine and pop dotted that foxy fox!

All Aboard!!! It's Release Day!

Welcome to the final stop on the Krafty train!!!

I hope you've enjoyed all the amazing creations from the 

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps design team and guests today!

I can't tell you how much fun I had designing and crafting this card featuring the new ALL ABOARD stamp set!
I paper pieced the main part of the train with a fun plaid paper from the Flea Market pad by Doodlebug Designs and coloured the rest of it up with my Copic markers.  Then I created a scene on the card with cloud paper and dies, a treeline die and a picket fence die to look like a train track!  I added some white dots to the image with my Sharpie poster paint pen and some Doodlebug enamel dots to match.  Finally I added some flags on the back of the train with one of the great sentiments from the All Aboard stamp set!

October Krafty Release and Hop Day!!

It's finally here!!!  It's release day at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

and now ALL of the new stamp sets you've been seeing all week are in the shop!

For today's creation I used the sweet new COLD NOSES stamp set by artist Cheryl Grant!  I love Lulu and Lucas and their furry friends having some winter fun!

I coloured up Lulu and her kitty pal using my Copic markers in coordinating colours with the fun, soft patterned paper from My Mind's Eye.  I also paper pieced Lulu's winter coat!

The card base is 6x6 in white cardstock and I used blue and pink for the matting!  There are some fun blue acrylic snowflakes that I scooped up at the dollar store and I dressed them up a bit with self adhesive dots in the middle.  I added some seam binding ribbon with a button and some twine.  And lastly I stamped one of the fun sentiments on a heart!!  Aren't they sweet?

Krafty Peeks Day One! Christmas Blessings!

I'm so excited to share this sweet new nativity stamp set called CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS!!
It's the first set in a week of previews for our October Release!

I made this sweet and simple holiday card featuring the shepherd with a few of his little friends!  It's quite easy to replicate and the stamps are so quick to colour up so I think I'll make a bunch of these to give away at Christmas!

The card base and bottom of the card use kraft cardstock and I matted using vanilla.  I stamped one of the lovely sentiments at the bottom, added some twine and pop dotted everything including the star at the top!

It's August Release Day!!!

It's Release Day at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and we are celebrating ALL the amazing new clear stamp sets with a Krafty Hop!

I'm the last stop on the hop and I've used the adorable Lulu from the new AUTUMN WISHES stamp set!

I pulled out one of my fave Doodlebug paper pads and coloured her up with my copic markers and paper pieced her sweater.  I also coloured up the fun little goat that comes with the set and I used a series of E markers to make all the dots for his fur!  The card base is kraft and A2 sized and I just threw a mixture of different patterned papers on the base, added some twine and coordinating sprinkle embellishments.  Then I made a fun background for Lulu using a selection of dies and lastly I stamped the sentiment at the bottom!

Autumn Wishes!

It's time for August Krafty Peeks and I'm so excited!  Fall is my favourite time of year and the new clear stamp set that we're previewing today by Cheryl Grant is perfect for those crisp, wonderful days!

It's called AUTUMN WISHES!

The set features our fave kiddos Lulu, Lexi and Lucas and this time they are having fun at a fall fair type event and they have fun animals joining them too!

I used Lexi on my creation!  I love this sweet image of her pulling a wagon full of apples with her little fluffy puppy pal!
The papers I used are from the Fall Friend 6x6 pad by Doodlebug along with some coordinating embellishments.  I coloured up the image with my copic markers and cut her out with a small white border around the entire image.  

I created the scene with a blue background for the sky, green grass die at the bottom and a brown wooden fence die across the middle.  I added some burnt orange ribbon from SU and the final touch was to add some white cloud dies with one of the sweet sentiments stamped on the largest cloud and popped up!!

It's July Release Day! And it's MAGICAL!!!

I'm so excited to share another creation with you featuring the NEW RELEASE!!

Today is our July Release and ALL the new clear stamp sets that you've been seeing through this week are NOW available over at the krafty shop!

The card I've got for you today features the new
UNICORNS AND RAINBOWS
clear stamp set!
And I think you'll agree.....it's enchanting!!

For my card I made my own background paper using watercolour paper, distress inks and flicking a bit of water on it!  After it dried, I also stamped a few of the little stars on it in pink ink!

I popped up the clouds which are faux stitched with a multiliner pen and I stamped one of the fun sentiments on the big cloud.  I coloured up one of the sweet unicorns using my Copic markers and added some glitter to the mane and tail with my Wink of Stella brush.  I popped up the unicorn and added some black twine!

Unicorns & Rainbows!!

Glad you're here to join us for our final day of Krafty Peeks for the July Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we're thrilled to share a dreamy new stamp set from artist, Becky Pearce!!  It's so sweet and FLUFFY!!!

It's called UNICORNS & RAINBOWS!!

I actually made some time to colour up a few of these little cuties and I'm thrilled to share one with you today!

Firstly, I took some watercolour paper and sponged all over it with purple distress ink after embossing one of the sweet sentiments that comes with the set with white embossing powder.  Then I flicked some water all over it and let it dry which left it with some fun texture and pattern.  

I coloured up one of the fun little unicorns as a regular ol' white one (I hope you're able to check out some of the other dt creations with so many wonderfully coloured unicorns) with a colourful and sparkly mane and tail.  I added some cloud dies to the bottom of the background, stamped some of the fun little stars in pink on the clouds and tied some pink twine plus a crystal button at the bottom.  Lastly I popped up the unicorn!!  OH and I also added some Wink of Stella to her pretty mane and tail!

There are four beautiful unicorns plus a castle and a rainbow plus some stars AND SIX coordinating sentiments that you can mix and match to create amazing combinations! So there's a total of FIFTEEN dreamy stamps!

March Release and Krafty Hop!

It's time to release ALL the brand new clear stamp sets for the month of March that you've been seeing all week!

For my creation I used the new FAIRY LOVED stamp set by artist, Emilie Goulet!  These kiddie fairies are super adorable!

I also used the brand new Bunnyville paper pad by Doodlebug which is SO springy and fun!  I cut out the coloured image, added some cloud and grass dies along with some pink twine!  The finishing touches are the flower sprinkles which look like she's throwing them and of course, one of the fabulous sentiments!

It's Release Day!!!

It's Release Day and ALL of our new February clear stamp sets are NOW available at the krafty shop!  And I'm super excited because I actually have something to share!!!

I played around with some watercolouring using the brand new

BUDS & BLOOMS stamp set!  I had so much fun!

I stamped and embossed the lined images in white then coloured them with my new Zig Clean Color markers and a waterbrush!  I stamped the sentiment at the bottom using Versafine Black Onyx ink and lastly I splattered some watercolour in purple all over the finished product!  I love the way it turned out!  I'll have to do more projects like that!

November Release Day and HOP!

It's been a fabulous week of Krafty Peeks from all the lovely Krafty Girl Design Team!!  They've been sharing so many amazing creations featuring the NEW November Release!  This is the first chance I've had to play along but I'm happy to join in on Release DAY!!!

I'm using the ever so versatile ONE CUP AT A TIME clear stamp set by artist Becky Pearce.  I've really enjoyed stamping these quick images and paper piecing some of them!  It's so easy to use and for this card I also used my favourite paper pad (at the moment) which is Hello Winter by Echo Park!

I stamped the to-go cups and paper pieced the bands and trimmed the images out.  It's a simple A2 sized card with dark blue and light blue cardstocks for matting.  I sponged all the patterned paper layers with a blue distress ink and cut the large snowflake die out of glitter cardstock!  I added buttons, twine, a wooden snowflake and one of the awesome sentiments!  Perfect!  (You'll see more of my creations with this fabby stamp set in the near future!!)

October Release and HOP!!!

I'm so excited that it's release day!!!!
ALL the new October CLEAR stamp sets are NOW available over in the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps shop!!

My last card to share with you features the skating bunny from the ADORABLE new set ICE, ICE, BABY!
I've just had SO much fun playing with ALL of the images from this fabulous new set!

I had fun making this scene and the paper from the Hello Winter paper pad from Echo Park was PERFECT!!!   I stamped one of the fun sentiments on a cloud die, added some white twine, a silver and rhinestone snowflake and some fun wood veneer trees!

Also we are releasing the NO PEEKING! stamp set which was originally only available with the Holiday Kard Kit that we released last month!  So yay for that....it's a super fun set too!
