This week's challenge over at All That Scraps is to use faux stitching on your card! Well, I've been using my real sewing machine so much lately, that this was a great challenge for me!! I had to pull out my handy dandy Mat Pack and find my white gel pen and get to work!
I used one of the cute Gingersnap images from Hey Cupid! by CCDesigns and some Crate Paper dp. Of course I used my Copics and my Nesties and punched out some Martha Stewart hearts. The cardstock is Bazzill Bling from ATS. I finished it off by adding the faux stitching, the velvet ribbon by Crate Paper and pop dotted the main image. Oh and I made her wings all sparkly with some Shimmerz!!
Well, it's a quick post for me today because I've got a busy day planned! I'm getting up early (only for stamps would I do this on a weekend) and picking up my pal, Andrea and heading to The Town Scrapper, Michael's and Scrappin' Great Deals!!! And my parents are coming to town for a visit too!!! How fun!!
