The End of our Krafty HOP!!

Sadly, this is the final stop on today's Kraftin' Kimmie HOP!!!  But wasn't it fantastic!?!  SO much to see!!  And that means your next hop is over to the SHOP where ALL the awesome new stamps that you've just seen are NOW available!!!!

I have just one more project to show ya!!  This quick little card features one of the sweet little lovelies from our new Sugar and Spice set by Cheryl Alger!!!

I stamped the image on Neenah cardstock using Memento ink and coloured her up with my Copic markers and then cut it out.  I kept it very clean and simple, as this design was actually submitted to the Paper Crafts Magazine call but it didn't get picked up....so technically it's a reject....but I love the way it turned out!  {And another one of my cards got chosen anyway, so it's all good!}

The card base is kraft cardstock and I stamped the image directly onto the kraft as well and then paper pieced the cut out image on top.  I added some pink twine from The Twinery across the top.   Lastly I stamped one of the fun sentiments from Sugar and Spice to finish it off!

Well that's it!  So we hope you enjoyed the HOP and have lots of fun when you SHOP!!!

Well thank you for answering my question, cause she looks AMAZING on the kraft cardstock, but I was wondering what you colored her with to get such a beatiful result on the dark cardstock. LOL! So now I know how to do it! It looks Fantastic and your coloring is gorgeous, Kimmie! This is by no means a reject! I love it!!! And I have so enjoyed the entire hop!

I really like how you used the craft background and the paper piecing to create this card. The bakers twine is the perfect embellishment for it.

Hi Kimmie, thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving comments. It makes one feel very special when the owner and proprietor of these awesome stamps likes your work.

I can't believe how this little cutie pops off kraft paper. I haven't been a fan of kraft paper but perhaps I will take a second look.

Keep those wonderful stamps coming :)S
