Have a Koala-ty Day!!!

I'm so excited about this new High Hopes release!!! I just can't stand it!! I feel so absolutely blessed to be a part of this company and their Design Team! I have been playing with the new stamps for the last two days and I'm having a grand old time!! But it's not only the images that I love....it's the sentiments too!!! You should SEE all the adorable and witty sentiments to go with these stamps!!! I'm in heaven!!!

Well, I think one of you guessed my first Peekaboo, to be a Koala Bear!!! Isn't it just TOO much!!! I don't think I've ever seen a Koala stamp and I just want to cuddle and squeeze him!! I remember wanting one for a pet when I was a little girl, because they I thought they were like real live teddy bears!!! I still want one.....but I'll settle for a Koala stamp!!! heehee!!!

So I stamped him on Wausau bright white cardstock using Archival Brilliance Graphite Black ink and coloured him in using a couple of different shades of gray Copic markers. I coloured the leaves with some greens and the snout black and then I used Cool Shadow which is like Soft Sky all around him. I used my Marvy Punches and used Basic Black to frame him and I added white gel pen to each scallop. The card base is regular size in Taken with Teal and the dp is by Scenic Route. I love the coloured stripes in this paper and I added a scalloped black edge at the bottom and a couple of button brads at the top. I stamped the charming little sentiment directly on the dp and I added some black polka dot ribbon around the middle.

And there is my first card using the new High Hopes releases....yippeeeeeee!! Maybe I'll show you another Peekaboo later on today and a new card tomorrow.....if I have time. I've got to work again today and of course, Survivor is on tonight!! But I'll do my best!!! Hmmmmm.....what should I play with today!!!!

Don't forget, that ALL of the new releases will go live just after midnight on Saturday morning, March 15th!!! I hope you are saving your pennies....heeheehee!!
