It's a Jungle Out There!!!

Thanks for stopping by on this lovely Friday!!! Today is the first day of our new sketch challenge blog, the Friday Sketchers!!! All of the girls have been working hard to get things off the ground and to create some sketches for YOU!!!

I'm so thrilled to be a part of this international group of stampers!! We all have the same passion and love for creativity and STAMPS!!! Just wait until you see all the talent in this group of 'Sassy Sketchers'!! Don't we sound cute? Heehee!

This is my creation for this week's sketch by Claudia! It is a fairly simple sketch to get you all warmed up! I used more new release stamps from High Hopes this time. I stamped the Jungle Scene on Wausau bright white cardstock and coloured it in using my Copics. I stamped Timothy Tiger separately, coloured and cut him out. I used Purely Pomegranate as the square base and the patterned paper is Bali Breeze by Stampin' Up and that's how I chose the colours too. I stamped the Jungle Sentiment directly onto the dp and pop dotted the main image and the tiger. The finishing touches really are the sheer blossoms and leaves by Creative Impressions that I picked up at Stamp Art. They really are lovely and already have holes in the middles of them, so all you have to do is attach them with a brad!!
