What could be better than stamping?? Stampin' with your daughter, of course!!! The other day Emileigh and I had some mother/daughter stampin' time and it was a blast!!
When Kim from MFT called me a few weeks ago and told me that her daughter Brianna had designed a stamp set just for teens, I knew that Em would love it!! This set is called Hey Chica! and is being released by MFT this week, but under Brianna's own company name....BCDzyns!! How cool is that??
Anyhoo, I gave Emileigh the tools, supplies and a little creative assistance and this is what she designed!! Firstly, she wanted to make a little notepad, perfect for back-to-school! So she went to town using some square coasters and my Bind-it-All machine! She stamped Chica on SU watercolour paper and coloured her using SU markers. She paper pieced her tank top and covered the coasters with dp (Cabana by Inque Boutique), then attached lots of ribbon! She chose everything to go on it and she especially loves the sentiment!! *wink*

The card is made with Tangerine Tango cardstock for the base and coordinating Cabana dp again. She used some Making Memories wrinkled ribbon, a different sentiment and some Prima hydrangeas.
Isn't she a talented girl?? I'm hoping that Brianna comes up with some more 'teen' stamp sets so that Emmy will want to play with me some more!!! heehee!

Wow! Now you got some real competition ;-) Lovely and fun set of stamps. Reminds me of the Starlet magazine that I used to read as a teenager + I also tried to copy the way they draw (have tons of old sketches like that...hihi.... Those were the days.....
