High Hopes Challenge #17!! It's a Sketch!!

Sketch challenges are my favourite challenges, so this week's High Hopes #17 was lots of fun! The awesome Katharina is the hostess with the mostess this week and you get to play with one of her sketchy creations!!!

I used the Gardener Bunny on my card and I used my yummy new My Mind's Eye papers that I got with my birthday money at Scrappin' Great Deals!! It has just the perfect colours to have me thinkin' about the warmer weather that is sure to come....eventually!!

I stamped the main image on Wausau bright white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and cut him out with my Curved Rectangles Nesties. I coloured him in using my Copic markers and coloured in the sky and grass as well, leaving the embossed edge as a frame. The card base is a 6x6 Tangerine Tango square and I used this awesome green ribbon, threading it through the corner of the main piece. I pop dotted the bunny, added a sentiment from CCDesigns, some Prima flowers and some Making Memories flower brads.

So head on over to the High Hopes Blog for some more sketchy inspiration!!

Wow, great detailing on this card, Kim! I love the way you threaded the ribbon through the hole. Love how you left the white border on the main panel. Gorgeous coloring! You don't need that course girlie! You could teach it! Can't wait to see you!! xo
