Paper Piecing Challenge!!
Good Wednesday morning stampers!! Sorry I'm late posting but I got to sleep in a little this morning! Yippee!!
Today's challenge over at the All That Scraps Blog is paper piecing, which I love to do!! I used the little girl with her hand in the cookie jar from the Cookie Jar stamp set and my Bittersweet papers.....love 'em!!
I used Pink Pirouette for the card base and Chocolate Chip for matting. I used my heart Nesties to make the big scalloped heart on the base and added some SU felt ribbon across the middle. Obviously I paper pieced the little girl's shirt and pants using two different dps. The cookie charm was given to me by a friend, not sure where she got it. I used my Copic markers to colour her in and added that cute cookie jar at the bottom. Then of course, I pop dotted everything!! Don'tcha love that sentiment!!?
Pop on over to the ATS Blog later today to see some other creations by the DT and be sure to play along!!
If you would like to see who won Challenge #3 of my B-day Challenges, go HERE!!
OH!! And be sure to come back tomorrow because I will have a sneak peek for you of the soon-to-be-released High Hopes stamps!!! Eeeeeek!!!
