Happy Friday, stampers!! Aren't you glad it's almost the weekend?? I know I am....although I do have to work tonight AND all day on Saturday. *sigh* But, it's Mother's Day on Sunday, so I plan on being waited on hand and foot while I stamp my little heart out. Do you think my dream will come true???

So, I was ecstatic on Wednesday when I actually got to play along with the sketch challenge on Splitcoast. I used to do it a lot, but lately I've been working so much that I miss it. Sketches are my favourite challenges and there are so many great ones out in blogland!

Well, I got this awesome new paper by Little Yellow Bicycle....looove the purples and rich colours! So I decided to dress up this wonderful shopping Teen Anya! The card base is a 6x6 square of olive green Bazzill cardstock and the dark pink for matting is Bazzill Bling. I stamped Anya on Wausau bright white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured her in with my Copics. Don't you just love the sheen on her hair?? She totally reminds me of my daughter....she's a great shopper....don't know WHERE she got that! *giggle*

I used my Apron Lace border punch down the side of the rose cardstock and matted it on the focal layer. I used my Marvy flower punches, layered them and attached them with silver brads. Then I used the perfect AmyR sentiment to go with this little gal!!
