A Special Tweet!
6:46 AM

Happy Friday everyone!! In Canada, it's a long weekend, so we have a few days off in a row...yaaaaaaay!! I hope the weather cooperates! If not, I'll just stay indoors and stamp! heehee!
Today's card features this weeks Sketch Saturday challenge along with a stamp that I had yet to ink up! The card base is a 6x6 Perfect Plum square with Apricot Appeal matting. The designer papers are from the Madame Royale 6x6 paper pad by WeRMemorykeepers.

I stamped Gertie, Millie and Hattie on Wausau bright white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured them in using my Copic markers, of course. I used my new Nesties to cut them out and emboss the frame. The bottom strip is Pink Pirouette and I used my Apron Lace border punch to pretty it up. I used some coordinating plum satin ribbon and stamped the sentiment on Certainly Celery. I pop dotted all the layers, then finished it off by attaching a couple of my crocheted flowers using pearl brads! Yep! I made 'em!! (The flowers, not the brads..*snort*) I think they look pretty cool too!!

Well, I have the day off today, so my weekend will actually be a four day weekend!! Lucky me! I will be spending the day preparing for tonight's Copic class and tomorrow's Anya and Ketto classes at Scrappin' Great Deals!! Hope to see you there!
Have a super inky day!!
