Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to begin another week....and hey, it's June!! I can't believe it!

Today marks the release of a bunch of great new stamp sets by CCDesigns, including this Junebug Fairy set! You may know that I sort of have a thing for fairies and this one tops my list!! I found the perfect papers to go with her too, don't you think??

The card base is 5.25 inch square light blue Bazzill cardstock and the patterned paper is by Kaisercraft. I stamped the fairy on Wausau bright white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured her in using my Copic markers, of course. OH and I've listed the colours I used at the bottom of this post. I'll try to do that more often when making my cards, in case someone wants to know.

I stamped the sentiment on white, punched it out with a circle punch and used a scalloped circle in the blue to layer it on. I pop dotted everything, 'cause that's just how I roll, and attached a Basic Grey button with linen thread. I finished this fantastical image by adding Stardust Stickles on the little tiny circles in her hair, on her dress and wings! Oh and I dotted a couple of tiny white dots on her cheeks to highlight.



This card is actually a sample for an upcoming Copic Class at Scrappin' Great Deals. This month we are featuring CCDesigns stamps, so you will get to make four cards with their adorable images. We are holding the classes on Sunday, June 14th and for those that can't make it on the weekend, also on Thursday, June 25th. Be sure to call Sheila at the store to reserve your spot!!
