Lovey Tilda!!
Two posts in one day?? What is with that?? I guess I just have an excess of stuff to share with you....I hope you don't mind!
With Valentine's Day quickly approaching, (not to mention my birthday), I am in a rather 'lovey' mood! A lot of the things I'm creating are covered in hearts and pink and red. Well, I love hearts no matter what time of year it is, but especially in February!
So here is a new Tilda stamp that is perfect for telling someone that you LOVE them!! I was trying to come up with a good layout for her and while I was 'blurfing' or blog-surfing, I visited my friend and fellow Design Team member Michele Boyer's blog, Paper Cuts. She is one talented women, let me tell you. And one of her little Penguin cards jumped out at me so I used it as inspiration for this card. Thanks Michele!!
I used Basic Grey Blush papers on this one and paper pieced her little jumper. I also played around with my Copic markers and added Stardust Stickles to her little wings. The hardware is from We R Memorykeepers and the ribbon is pink taffeta by SU. Oh and the sentiment is one from a little trio of stamps by Hero Arts!
Have a stampin' good day!!

What a fantastic card. I haven't tried paper piecing so that's a challenge for me.
I've had a squiz at the rest of your blog and your work is wonderful.
This is adorable!!! Love the paper piecing!

This is adorable, Kim!! I love your Tilda's!! :) (I'm so flattered you were inspired by one of my layouts. I always feel so layout "challenged." lol.)
Girl, you are on a roll, if what I have seen is correct, I won't spoil the surprise for others, couldn't find your email (cause I am at work) to congratulate you!!!!!!! Wahooeeeeee

Love all your cards. Great to get new ideas from someone outside of Sweden. However - you have access to much more nice things and accessories than we have here in Sweden. It is starting to become a big thing here as well. Will def. put your blog as one of my favourite sites. Anki in Sweden
Such a gorgeous card!
