High Hopes Challenge #39!!!
Well, good mornin' stampers!! It's Sunday and you know what that means....it's time for another creative challenge over at the High Hopes blog!!
This week, the talented Anna has called her challenge Upsy Daisy!! She would like us to use daisies somewhere on our designs. So you can use stamped daisy images, daisy punches, daisies on your patterned paper or paper flower daisies. And if you participate in this week's challenge, you have a chance of winning ALL of the stamps used on Anna's card! (Check out the blog to see it!)
For my card, I decided to use the Open Ark stamp from the new release! Isn't it adorable? Look at the sweet faces on those animals! I stamped them on Neenah Smooth cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured them in with my Copic markers. Here are the colours that I used: W1, W5, E30, E31, E34, E44, E47, E00, E55, E57, YG03, BG10 and BG23.
The card base is a 6x6 Chocolate Chip square with Pumpkin Pie matting. I also used light green and peach Bazzill Bling for layering. The patterned papers are by My Mind's Eye and the layout I used is from last week's Sketch Saturday challenge. Love this layout!
I used some flower punches with white cardstock and attached them with yellow brads to make my daisies, added the Keep the Faith sentiment and pop dotted everything. The final touch was adding some crystal lacquer to the waves!
Be sure to hop on over to the HH blog and check out the creations by the rest of the design team! Then get inky and show us your daisies!!!
Have a super stampy Sunday!!
