Autumn Wishes!

It's time for August Krafty Peeks and I'm so excited!  Fall is my favourite time of year and the new clear stamp set that we're previewing today by Cheryl Grant is perfect for those crisp, wonderful days!

It's called AUTUMN WISHES!

The set features our fave kiddos Lulu, Lexi and Lucas and this time they are having fun at a fall fair type event and they have fun animals joining them too!

I used Lexi on my creation!  I love this sweet image of her pulling a wagon full of apples with her little fluffy puppy pal!
The papers I used are from the Fall Friend 6x6 pad by Doodlebug along with some coordinating embellishments.  I coloured up the image with my copic markers and cut her out with a small white border around the entire image.  

I created the scene with a blue background for the sky, green grass die at the bottom and a brown wooden fence die across the middle.  I added some burnt orange ribbon from SU and the final touch was to add some white cloud dies with one of the sweet sentiments stamped on the largest cloud and popped up!!

BOO to YOU!! - August Krafty Previews...Day ONE!

Welcome to Day ONE of the August Krafty Previews!!
This is one of my fave releases of the year....Halloween!!

Today we're sharing lots of goodies featuring a brand new GORGEOUS sentiment set from artist, Becky Pearce!

It's called SPOOK-TACULAR SENTIMENTS!!

 There are eight fabby sentiments in some beautiful fonts that you can use as the focal point of your creation or in addition to other elements!

For my card I used the Wicked Witch stamp set from our Oz release and coloured her up using my Copic markers.  I sponged all the paper layers with Antique Linen distress ink to give it that aged look which I love on Halloween cards!  I added some bat punches out of black glitter cardstock and then added a flag at the top for my sentiment, which is BOO to You! from the new Spook-tacular Sentiments stamp set!!!  Love that I can add this fun sentiment to any of my spooky cards!

November Release Day and Krafty HOP!!!

It's time to release the NEW November sets at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and I'm here with the final stop on today's krafty HOP!

I'm sharing a creation featuring the new SNOW MUCH LOVE! stamp set!!  I altered a little mini pizza box and decorated the top!  The papers I used are from the Lawn Fawn Snow Day paper pad and I also used some wooden snowflakes from the same line.

I coloured up the image using my Copics and added some clear rock candy glitter on her hat pompom and of course on the snow!  The giant snowflake is a diecut using glitter paper and I added some red ribbon with a double bow and a tag from the paper pad!  Love the way this turned out and I hope you do too!

November Krafty Peeks....Day ONE!!! Special Edition Stamp Sets!

Hey everyone!! Welcome to day ONE of our NOVEMBER Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!!  Today we're doing something kind of special! Each time we have a Krafty Day Krop event, I produce a special edition stamp set for the participants! Everyone at this year's event LOVED the new COLOUR MY WORLD set which features the main image of Lexi colouring with her copic markers!! It also has TWO coordinating sentiments! This image can also be found on our NEW special edition TOTE BAGS!!

Last Stop on the Krafty Hop!

 

Well, I'm the last stop on the October Krafty Hop!!  You've seen SO many gorgeous creations along the way today featuring ALL of the NEW Christmas rubber stamp sets from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.....but I have one more for ya!

I FINALLY got a chance to colour after about a two month hiatus.....adopting two new puppies will do that to a girl!  ;)  And I decided to play with the new SPARKLE FAIRY!!!  It was SO fun!

I used the new Frosty Friends paper pad by Doodlebug (which will be back in stock soon)!  I love the colour combinations on these papers.....I also used the coordinating Winter Assortment Sprinkles!!  I had a blast colouring her up with my Copic markers in those rich jewel tones!  I used grey for the 6x6 card base plus some Bermuda Bay cardstock by SU for matting.  I added some cheesecloth behind the main image, some white yarn trim to make the bow plus an acrylic dollar store snowflake on top.....then I finished it off with the sentiment that comes with the set plus a lot of Stardust Stickles!!  I {heart} sparkle....and the Sparkle Fairy!!

August Krafty Peeks....Day THREE!! Plus a Challenge with CANDY CORN KISSES!

I'm back with another fabulous new stamp set to share called CANDY CORN KISSES!!!  It's from artist Thais Narciso and features THREE super cute images plus NINE spook-tacular sentiments!!  

 
The card I've created features the bride of Frankenstein girlie and her little kitty cat friend!!!  She was so much fun to colour up!  Again I used the Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale 8x8 and 6x6 paper pads....they are SO fabulous!!!  You can find them HERE at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps shop!!

This ones fairly clean and simple for me!  I just added a zigzag die and some black gingham ribbon, plus a bat button.  Then I used one of the fun sentiments!!  Supah cute!!

It's also Saturday so that means it's not only a preview day but also a challenge day!!  The challenge is ANYTHING GOES!! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with any stamp but if you use a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp you'll double your chances to WIN!! August Krafty Peeks....Day TWO!!! Vampire Queen!

Today the Krafty Girls and I are sharing creations made with the WICKEDLY awesome new stamp sets by Annie....Dragon Queen and Vampire Queen!!!  

Just like yesterday, I used the new Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale paper pads and stuck with green, purple and black for the VAMPIRE QUEEN!  I coloured her up and then used the 'out of the box' technique to cut her out with my oval Spellbinder die.  Using black distress ink, I sponged around the image with the die still on, giving it that white frame.  All the matting cardstocks are by Stampin' Up!  Can you see that black spider's web behind her?  I cut that out with my Silhouette.....haven't used that thing in far too long!  I added some black rhinestones, some black twine, some cheesecloth (love it for Halloween creations)!  I added a bunch of different flowers plus some bat punches and added one of the fabulous sentiments that comes with the set.  But the best part is the little glass jar that I filled with black beads!!  Looks kinda cool, right?!!!

Last Stop on the Krafty Hop!!

I'm so super excited about the NEW July rubber stamp release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.....which is NOW available!!  I just love each and every set we've got for you and I'm sure you'll agree now that you've hopped around the Krafty Girls' and Guests' blogs today and seen them all in action!!!

This is the last stop on today's celebratory HOP and I'm sharing with you this card featuring the new OH, SNAP! stamp set!!!  I think this might be my fave image EVAH!!!  

I used my new paper pad by First Edition called New Bloom.  I simply adore the colour combination and all the glittah!!  Using the colours as my jumping off point, I coloured up the sweet girlie image with my Copic markers and used my Spellbinder dies to cut her out and layer up the image.  I used SU cardstock for the base and matting and then used a die to create the heart border.  I used a combination of Prima, Petaloo and Wild Orchid flowers and pearl brads and lastly added one of the fabulous sentiments!!  Have I said that I {heart} this stamp set!!!

C'mon, C'mon...Rock That Body!!!

Heehee!  Love that song!!  Today I have an awesome new ANNIE image to share with you and it goes right along with this week's Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge!!!  All the Krafty Girls have new stamps to share and you are gonna LOVE 'EM!!  


This month, Annie has designed the perfect stamps for YOU and ME!!!  It's the EVERYDAY GIRLS Collection!  These saucy girlies could be any of us, doing everyday things!!  Going to a birthday party, shoveling snow, having a BAD hair day, SHOPPING, working out and going out on the town!!!  Just wait 'til you see them ALL as you hop around the Krafty Girls' blogs today!!  And don't forget to leave comments at every stop because TWO lucky comments are going to WIN some NEW ANNIES!!!

The challenge this week is a sketch by my PRECIOUS PAM!!!  heehee!  Love the layout and it has one of my favourite elements.....a circle!!  And the layout fits our stamps perfectly!!  Hope you can play along!

I used the new MISSY stamp....love this workout girl!!  Wish I looked that pretty when I work out....sigh.  I used some new papers from the Garden Girl collection by Bo Bunny!  Just love those colours!  I stamped Missy on Neenah white cardstock with Memento ink and coloured her up with my Copic markers!!  I used my new Nesties for the circle layer and I wish they came a bit bigger in size but the edging is nice on it.  I followed along with Pam's sketch, added some brown glitter dots in the corners and finished it off with the fun sentiment that comes along with Missy!!

Making a Friend!! Krafty Peeks...Day TWO!

Today the Krafty Girls are sharing peeks featuring the new October stamps by the lovely Emilie Goulet!!!  This month she's created five adorable stamps featuring some animals that are having a lot of snowtime fun in her WINTER WONDERLAND collection!!  Check out all of them in today's hop....they are so full of expression and personality!


My card features the new Making Freinds stamp!!  Is this little squirrel just the cutest?!  The determination on his face, mixed with the joy of playing in the snow!  (Can't say that's the look that you'll find on my face when I'm knee deep in the white stuff in my driveway!)  He's just having a ball building that snowman!!

I stamped him on Neenah cardstock using Memento ink and coloured him up with my Copic markers.  The papers I used are from the Echo Park Season's Greetings 6x6 pad and I coloured the scarf to match the plaid pattern on the paper.  I wanted the image to be the focal point of the card, so I didn't get too fancy with the layout or the embellishments.  I just added a poinsettia with leaves attached with a glitter brad and the sentiment I used comes with Skiing Miles and I put it on a little flag and added a couple of red rhinestones.  That's it!!  But I love the way it turned out!

A Cup of Cozy Wishes!! Krafty Peek Time!

I can't believe we're over halfway through October already!!  And the weather has really started to turn here in Ontario!  Brrr!  The only good thing about time moving so quickly is that it's once again time for NEW Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!


We are starting this month's Krafty Peeks off with some adorable Snowpeople stamps from Cheryl Alger!!  There is a cute little trio of fluffy winter friends to share today....and you will see them all as you hop around to the Krafty Girls' blogs today!  The entire list of stops is over at the Challenge Blog!  Be sure to leave comments at each and every stop too, because one lucky stamper will win the whole trio of today's stamps!!!  EEEEEEEE!


Now, I have to preface my card unveiling with the fact that I'm sick.  So because I've been under the weather for over a week now (not to mention completely wiped out from our Krafty Day event over the weekend), I'm not really thrilled with the way my card turned out.  But hey, it doesn't have any cough syrups stains or kleenex debris on it, so let's call it a win!!

The stamp I used is called A Cup of Cozy Wishes and comes with the coordinating sentiment!  I just love the scarf and skirt on this snowlady, not to mention the gigantic cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream on top!!!  Mmmmmm!  I stamped her up on Neenah cardstock and coloured her up with my Copic markers.


The patterned paper I used is from the new Holly Jolly Christmas 6x6 pad from Echo Park....such fun colours!  I used bright pink cardstock and matching wrinkled ribbon across the middle.  I cut out and embossed the image with my Nesties and sponged around the frame while it was still in the die.  Then I added some Stardust Stickles on the snow and on her hat pompom.  I really love the layers of snowflakes cut from glitter paper and attached with a red glitter brad.  Lastly I stamped the sentiment on the bottom!  

These stamps, along with all the other new ones we'll be sharing this week, will be available on SUNDAY at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!!
